Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Service — No Physical Shipment

KyraPilot is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered entirely over the internet. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery delays.

Delivery of Access

  • Free trial: Access is provisioned immediately on signup at kyrapilot.com/signup. No payment is required for the 14-day trial.
  • Pro subscription: Upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway (Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal), your account is upgraded to Pro within a few seconds. You will see the change reflected immediately on refreshing the app.
  • Invoices and proposals you create are delivered to your clients via email through our integrated email service (Resend / SMTP). Delivery typically completes within seconds to a few minutes depending on the recipient's mail server.

If Access Is Not Provisioned

In the rare event that your account is not upgraded within 10 minutes of a successful payment, please email hello@kyrapilot.com with the payment reference (Razorpay order ID, Stripe session ID, or PayPal transaction ID) and your registered email. We will investigate and resolve within 1 business day, or issue a refund if we cannot.
