By accessing or using KyraPilot ("the Service"), operated by KYRABASE Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KyraPilot is an AI-powered platform that helps freelancers and agencies generate professional proposals and invoices. The Service includes AI content generation, invoice creation, client management, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free Trial: 14-day free trial with 5 proposals and 5 invoices. After the trial, upgrade to continue.
Pro Plan ($2/month or $20/year): Unlimited proposals and invoices with all features. Payment is required to access Pro features.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing paid users.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated proposals are created based on your input and should be reviewed before sending to clients.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending it to clients.
AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (proposals, invoices, client data).
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any client information you provide.
We do not claim ownership of your proposals, invoices, or other content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Generate fraudulent proposals or invoices
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious code or content
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYRABASE Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where KYRABASE Technologies Pvt Ltd is registered.
