1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your KyraPilot Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription inside the app. No phone calls or emails are required.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (the date you were last charged plus one month for monthly plans or one year for annual plans).
Until that date you continue to enjoy full Pro access. After that date your account is automatically downgraded; your data (proposals, invoices, clients) remains accessible in read-only mode.
Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew and no further charges will be made.

2. Refund Policy — Standard Rule

All subscription payments to KyraPilot are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

This is because cancellation does not revoke your access — you keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You receive the full benefit of what you purchased.

3. Refund Exceptions

We will issue a refund at our reasonable discretion in the following cases:

Duplicate charges caused by a payment-gateway error.
Billing errors caused by us (e.g. you were charged for a plan you did not select).
Unauthorised charges proven to be the result of unauthorised use of your payment method, subject to verification.
Statutory rights — where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts where it has not been waived by you starting to use the digital service) requires a refund.

To request a refund, email hello@kyrapilot.com within 7 daysof the charge with your account email and the order ID. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

4. Trial Period

KyraPilot offers a 14-day free trial with no payment required up front. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the product during the trial period before subscribing. No refund is owed after the trial period because no payment was taken.

5. Termination by Us

If we terminate your account due to a breach of our Terms of Service (fraud, abuse, illegal activity), no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period.
